David Lawless is the point of contact for every mandate, from the first conversation to completion.

A confidential conversation
A private discussion with David about the asset, the objective and the constraints. There is no obligation, and nothing is shared without your consent.

Structuring
We shape the facility around the client: which assets, which entity, which type of lender, and what the repayment route is.

Introduction to capital
Selective, confidential introductions to the lenders best suited to the case. Terms are agreed directly between you and the lender.

Completion
We stay close through valuation, legal work and drawdown, working with your solicitors, accountants and wealth managers until funds are released.
